Indeed. The previous decrepit state was quite an eyesore for many years. Now if only something can be done with the building at College and Roxton which is still going through a similar situation.

Well, that took long enough. It was one seriously barren-looking building for the longest time. Not terribly impressed with the makeover but at least something's finally been done!

It could use an extra floor, but I like these sorts of projects that are closer to the traditional rhythm of facades along Bloor Street. I hate seeing yet another sterile wall of glass that spans the equivalent of 5-15 traditional storefronts, depending on the project.
