It's been a long time since they tore the office building that was there down (I think it was orginally two houses that were joined together) and left the lot vacant. It happened before I moved from Pleasant Blvd to downtown. Over a decade ago.

LOCATED IN TORONTO, ON
Harlo Capital and partners identified an attractive investment opportunity and secured three parcels of land totalling ~16,000 SF including a 16,400 SF office building. The property is located in midtown Toronto in close proximity to Yonge and St Clair. An application to the City of Toronto will be submitted in Q4 2019 to rezone the property to a residential building. During the projected two-year rezoning period the property will be leased to existing tenants to offset development costs. The site is 20 metres to the St. Clair subway station, a revitalized office submarket and walking distance from Rosedale will make this an attractive location for future homeowners.
