Ugh, looks like something out of Brampton.

EDIT: I'm generalizing this, I know, but I mean it's quite similar to many townhouse developments in the municipality north of Mississauga.

Dunpar's townhome developments all copy the same architectural style across the GTA - but they are quite attractive. The one in Vaughan has been done for a few years off of Kipling in woodbridge, streetview it, it's quite nice.

This stuff is also extremely dense for the built form type.. This type of development has similar densities to an older tower in the park development in the suburbs at 33 units an acre.

I'll agree it's quite dense...I just gotta say that seeing a lot of this in one area can be a bit disappointing in terms of design visually.
