I believe this land assembly actually got sold towards the end of last year
 
I see $69,637,880 in December from the city to MK Yorkville. Could that be just for some rights or something? I thought for sure Minto owned the site already and the parking authority was a tenant, no? There is also a sale for $21,050,000 in July from Minto to Kingsett, but that was only for a small chunk of the total land area - 27 Yorkville.

MK Yorkville is Minto if I'm not mistaken.

Edit: different databases are reporting this differently, but it appears this may be sold off to Kingsett completely. The mid 2015 sale was for 27 Yorkville, and the December one was for the parking structure, all going to Kingsett. TOTAL PRICE: $90 mill for all parts with sales in both July and December at 20 mill and 70 mill respectively.

Yes, it's my understanding that this is all KingSett now. We've been waiting for some indication of their intentions before updating the dataBase file and thread title.

Yeah I would agree. Kingsett now has this and the Cumberland Terrace redev properties in this area. Did they buy the Holt's property also? If so that's three large approved development sites in this area. Who knows what will go up first....
 
To be marketed this fall under the name of 33 Yorkville.

The adress is terribly similar to 27-37 Yorkville.So i think it this project and the design
look different.

This will indeed be Cresford. Details to be officially announced Sept 20.... from an email today, looks like it might now be 53 storeys....
