71-75 King Sold in January to Carterra. They also bought 95 King in Oct 2014. I assume they will buy the properties in the middle as well for the full assembly. This is located right next to Freed and Carterra's 60 Colbourne project.

I think this is part of the Albany Club and adjacent lands (71-95 King East) proposal, they now have included the corner lot...............http://urbantoronto.ca/database/projects/71-95-king-street-east

You are correct and I suggest these threads be MERGED.
When the lawyers for the Albany Club etc were writing to the Toronto & East York Community Council last week to object to the proposed Heritage Conservation District Plan it was clear that this whole block is now 'one project".

Yeah nice:cool:, I wonder if the Albany Club will eventually become a tenant there or relocate?
They got the development bug when they were allowing the Gunga Din types from the RCMI use their facilities, so I expect they would continue to follow their model and have the club move back into the new building.

That's correct. The dataBase images are all for the earlier proposal, so have been labeled "Early proposal" now. Awaiting images for this one!
