With that much density, I bet Planning will raise concerns about traffic. This is next to a 401 off-ramp and along a congested stretch of Dufferin.

Wait till Honda submits their application and the Giant telescope store. But hey dufferin won't need a row streetcar, lrt, or subway

Umm, Yorkdale Station?
Yes yorkdale subway exists but dufferin itself is going to need transit itself to deal with triverso, the condos planned for th ford dealership, staples, dream condos, this holiday Inn sight and whatever happens at dufferin/dupont and dufferin/eglinton.

Ever been on the 401 and it's so slow because of all the cars trying to exit to Yorkdale? Now add all the new towers being added to the mix. Going to be brutal!

Doesn't surprise me that this is a Gupta project, since they own the Holiday Inn currently on the site. Architect is P + S / IBI.

I don't believe it's over downsviews flightpath. so it is not that it can't happen. It just needs to set a precedent
