There's two Dickenson buildings still standing. 605 Whiteside Place and 14 Blevins. 605 Whiteside, which is closer to Dundas, is coming down; 14 Blevins (the one with the sole tenant fighting eviction) will have to wait. I got confused.

Thankfully TCHC didn't have to incur additional costs. It's a travesty for an agency strapped for cash having to incur costs at the 10K/d range.
