Really disappointing, especially compared to the render. The roof railings are tacky and the white stone looks out of place.

There is but it is not inhabited space. The building consists of a single story of commercial, two floors of residential and the rooftop mechanical areas.

There is inexplicably a single step or weird sidewalk concrete easing up into entryways here. Why couldn't the whole building be built 6" lower to make it all accessible?
