From the City's Development Applications site: Proposed development of an 8-storey, mixed use building containing 166 residential units and 7 215 m2 of commercial gross floor area on the first two levels. An underground parking garage (2-1/2 levels) is also proposed.

Another design by Turner Fleischer!

We had gone a while with out turner et al, and they seem to have unfortunately made a comeback. Sad days in this city.

There's a special thing with this building, and that thing is that the podium isn't what it seems to be. It seems to be three floors. It's not three floors. The story is on the front page.

Seems like there's something off in the wording of the description here. But otherwise, this site is showing some signs of life.

Well, that's mildly unintelligible, but it sounds like a complete change… which could be good; the previous design is rather monolithic.

It's 3 towers on a podium. They've just accidentally inserted the word 'three' in there as well. It is certainly a big change from what we've seen in the past.
