Update:

The Rose Club is a new development of 12 3-storey townhomes on Roselawn Avenue in the Yonge & Eglinton neighbourhood. The modestly sized project needed an OMB hearing to gain approval.

It’s totally nuts this would need re-zoning in the first place (let alone an OMB appeal!)
