I like the design, although the "twist the rectangular floor plate" approach will have been done already in Toronto a few times (e.g., Exhibit, 12 Degrees).

My thoughts exactly. The tower looks cool at the top, but this is the WATERFRONT. The architecture should be good especially down near where the people are going to be. The podium looks awful.

I agree. I wonder why the tower wasn't taken straight to the ground level...which probably would have looked better.

The overhanging tower creates a porte cochère for the main entrance, which looks great to me. Too many entrances are underplayed, and therefore hard to find. No mistake here.
