Was fortunate enough to stumble on the incredible 150 Heath Street West yesterday. Does anyone have any information on this beauty? I can't seem to find anything about who designed it and when.

Can't tell you who the architect was, but it was built by Cadillac Fairview and completed in 1978 (some sources online say 1977 or 1979). Its significance lies to some degree in being one of the first condominiums in Toronto, a form of home ownership that had just been created. The concept of buying "space", instead of "land" was revolutionary for its time, particularly in the high-end.
