    Price seems to be in line with other City Place rentals, no? Includes parking on Front. Why do you say way too expensive?

    the price does look about right. bear in mind this is the internet... where 99% of posters have no idea what they're talking about.

    Having spent some time a few months ago looking for pretty much what this ad offers, I'd say the price is pretty standard for what's on offer. I saw plenty that were smaller in terms of square footage but asking more $$.

    I think it is priced fair. Parking alone in the downtown core can be $150-$200. Plus hydro is included and for a place that size hydro would be $30-$40, so another saving for the renter. It should rent very soon.

    would really help to see some photos... its hard to get interested in a place without seeing what it looks like.

    ahh...this units been rented for a long time...surprised youd respond to this many months after the fact?
