Ask and you shall receive. Cannibalism in Chinese history http://www.jiyuu-shikan.org/nanjing/canni.html
The website you've quoted is apparently an ultranationalist Japanese website. Since Japanese ultranationalists are essentially extremist Fascists, it's not hard to find stories highly critical of mainland China and Korea that may or may not be true.
Here is the english version of the site: http://www.jiyuu-shikan.org/e/
Apparently it claims that the hundreds of thousands of comfort women were all "willing" prostitutes. Comfort women are the Korean and Chinese women forced into prostitution for the Japanese army.
The people at jiyuu-shikan are ultranationalist revisionists. One of the most notorious is Sugimoto Mikio - you can read up about him.
I suggest you look for more credible sources next time.
As for cases of cannibalism - Japanese soldiers ate the bodies of other soldiers. The South American rugby team ate the bodies of people who died in their plane crash.
Cannibalism is mostly to prevent starvation.
