Toronto Couture The Condominium | ?m | 42s | Philmor | Graziani + Corazza

The cladding execution looks decent to me. But I agree that this building still fails at street level. The primitively planned podium shows a lack of design initiative and does not do anything to enhance the pedestrian realm.

phenomenal!!!!... even though St James town kinda messes up the balance/view, once gap is filled with Aura, Massey, that office building new mowatt block, and all the proposals on yonge are built... holy eff. epic

couture today... wonder how high it is to the top of that crane??... imagine if something were built that tall there.

Just wondering, has anyone actually counted to confirm how many floors Couture is now that it's topped off? It looks nearly as tall as X next door @ 45 floors but Couture has 16 or 18 floors with 8' ceilings.

I've counted 45 total.
43 up to the set back level on the south side next to X and two more above it. Most likely those top 3 floors are mechanical, hence why they aren't counted in the title of this thread.
