Working on the 13th,14th or 15th floor (can't really tell). So much blue/grey/blue in this area. Beyond the Sea in the background.

They were off loading galvanize beams today, which I thought was odd at first for the final section of retail, considering that steel was painted. Theses beams must be for the fencing.

It is until the other 4 development are built. Given the fact where it is, I don't think you will see much retail in those units for sometime.

The area west of the river is in the flood plane and it will be sometime before anything shows up for that area.
 
The floodplain is meant to become public parkland with new pedestrian and bicycle path links south to the lake and north along Mimico Creek. Much of it already looks quite lush in the summer, and it won't take too much cleaning up to make any remaining areas that look like "wasteland" to you to look just fine. This area is going to be "huge" when finished.

Yeah I was just referring to the pictures. I've been around the area and it is a really nice place, especially in summertime.
 
Great Pics..Well I think there won't be any more delays this time around. I just got notice that my PDI is on next week :)..Yeayy..So exciting and I should get my keys in February.
