The angles on this one are going to be great. I hope the cladding makes more sense once more of it is installed.

Wow.. Awesome shot!!

Great photo...
Makes me miss home... YOu dont get fog like that here!! Great lake citys get the best fog shots!!! I have seen some Chicago stuff thats just kicked butt .. Like this pick,... :D

Is that the 45 Bay st lot, across the tracks?? Please start that soon!!! LOL
What a great location to be given to develop....

That Pinnacle tower doesnt look so bad here.. As sidefill, its base/podium is a quick glances ok ,as far as trying to look part of the area!! (As long as you dont focus on it, it s ok!?)

FYI the crane at the L Tower will be raised 6 metres tomorrow - Saturday March 17 - with work starting at 9:00 am http://ltowerconstructioninfo.com/2012/03/16/l-tower-crane-raising-march-17/

In the last picture one can see how the top of the crane is slowly pushed up by the red frame to insert the new element. The crane now has 18 elements with a total height of more than 100 meters. In the end it will be twice as high. Amazing engineering.

I personally take back what I said regarding these panels. This angle the glass looks very reflective thus taking away dramatic blue hue. Cool?

^ Exactly. The glass represents about 80% of each panel. The blue might look jarring in a small sample size but will fall back to a subtle detail once a larger surface is covered.

Great pics, CN. Love the black and white shot. The Esplanade shot reminded me of one those early Twentieth century construction photos. Bet that would look good as black and white.

that market street shot is pretty epic. i always love how the angle of telus/18 york looks against the street. if telus were a bit taller the impact woulda been even larger, but whatever..
