Yeah, sadly this pos development is going ahead, iirc because the developer is sitting on "free" land and can make money in any kind of environment.

the worst part is, the existing 22 storey Tower Hill apartment to the south totally looms over & shadows this condo, while a poorly maintained 4 storey walk-up apartment is located to the north ... really pretty upscale environment
who in their right mind (even with the $$) would buy here ??
