Proposal for two tower (12 + 15s) developement adjoined by a 6s midrise slab, total 350 units and 2 levels underground parking ... the site is immediate west of the Gramercy Park development across Tippet Road, I personally find the site + buidling design very similar in nature

Nice. Not the buildings especially, but the intensification of the neighbourhood and so close to the subway. We like it. Thanks for posting.
 
I agree that it looks better with this iteration. With a project like this, of this scope and scale and in this location, the appearance of the building is far less important that the fact the proposal exists. Whether or not the roofs slant slightly means little.
 
glad to see some intensification coming... Does the bottom floor have retail.. I hope if it does that its large enough to actually house a decent sized store vs a convienence store.
 
Very encouraging. This is exactly what a street like Wilson needs along its entire length. It's such a ugly street.

picard102 ... the office component associated with Gramercy Park condos are to be built to the south of that project, this site is to the west of those lands and are held in separate ownership (Malibu vs Brandy Lane)
