These real estate people are amazing. First we had the Beach, which I think topped out at Kingston Rd. Then we had Upper Beach for anything north of Kingston and now these guys are calling something almost at Gerrard the Beach. Anyway it's a nice looking project on paper. Church conversions are tricky, I hope they do a nice job.
