Back we went to Munich the next day to see some more of this wonderful city. However, due to the train schedule, we were only there for 5.5 hours. This really limited the amount of places we could see but it turned out to be more enjoyable than I expected.

Arriving at Fröttmaning station. This is the station for the Allianz Arena.

Going back underground, we arrive at Olympiazentrum station. It really reminded me of Montreal's metro stations.

First view of the BMW Welt. A really amazing building both inside and outside.

Right next to the tower is the bowl-shaped BMW Museum which will open this June.

I don't know if any other stations downtown had this, but this one had signage incoporated into the walls to show which way to exit for certain museums. They also had glass showcases with artifacts from the area tied together with the museums.

There you go Hydrogen, local beer. ;)

Next up is a trip to France and the city of Strasbourg.

The museum showcases in the stations shows that our ROM has a imagination vacuum. Wonderful post smuncky.
