Hello,

I am thinking about moving into 66 Portland. In fact, I am putting an offer in on a unit in the building later today. Does any one have any information on this building? Good news/bad news etc.
Anything is appreciated.

Great building. I don't live there but I love that building, that's a Freed's development. excellent location, good quality, 10' ceilings, small building, mainly owner occupied. two upcoming projects in the same block, 75 Portland and 550 Wellington. You could also have a look to 20 Stewart, I am not sure if there are units available right now. that's a good buy, if you really like it, go ahead...
