Yeah phase 2 will be on their current sales centre site. Is it 16s? Renderings should hit the net soon, to launch Fall 2011?

Don't they usually move the buildings before starting anything else? I can't remember if they did with the Cooper building on Jarvis.

They built the foundation first before moving the Cooper house to the current location.

Steel beems to support the house are on site with all the holes punched into the foundation.

Steel angle being bolted to the foundation.

July 26, 2011. Getting ready to move the heritage building. Should take place in the next two weeks.
