Does anyone know if there are big plans by retailers for the western corner lots of Dundas and Bay? With the southwest corner being redeveloped I am curious as to the size of retail space.

Franco Prevedello, the restaurant operator, has bought the retail condo units on the ground floor of One City Hall, facing Dundas Street at Elizabeth Street. Not sure yet if the intention is to create a new restaurant.
