Actually I think the top looks great so long as its lit up like that at night.
 
I love it, it looks classy yet modern. I think the top floor (below the hat) should be used for some kind of lounge space.

The hat strikes me as laughable! I'll have to see it actually built but I think I will find it quirky at best, or really ugly at worst.
 
I hate how all new condo developments dont really have definable kitchens. They tend to be a countertop along one wall of the livingroom. I hate that.
 
Reminds me of Adolf Loo's entry for the Chicago Tribune tower design competition (1922)
