Mosaic At Blue Mountain Condos - Real Estate -

Does anyone have any info or an opinion on the Mosaic project(s) at Blue Mountain?

I have heard the first phase was popular and sold out, and now they're opened up and selling the second (and likely last) phase.

What do you guys think of this area/project?

I go up about 2-3 times each winter to snowboard, and now I hear it's a pretty hot golfing scene (four seasons).

Just want to know your opinions before I drive 2 hours to the sales centre.

Why not buy a house in a small town nearby? Better value, quieter and more real "country" than some silly resort.

Does anyone dictate to you the house owner that you must mow your lawn, shovel your snow or plant flowers? NO! A resort owner is merely following orders from higher up. Not my idea of fun! When I live in my cabin in the woods, the only soul dictating to me is the g-d of nature!
