Worklofts and Flatiron Lofts (Lamb Dev Corp) - Real Estate -

Another new development on the east side. Agan, sales office is the formidable BJL. It's an epidemic on that side of the Don! Only a few renderings are up on the page so far. I'm trying to figure out if it's new build or an existing building with an add-on on top. Also trying to figure out where it may be located but the east side film district has so many options that it's tough to pinpoint. Any comments?

nope. according to this other thread "Work Lofts in The Film District", it's brand new construction.

The other thread also said it will be built on the corner of Carlaw and Dundas

apparently a November launch (don't know the dates) is planned.
