This is to be located on the south side of Queen St. east just west of the Etobicoke creek.
 
Yep. Corner of James and John. A bit isolated from everything else downtown with the CN underpass at Queen. I guess the park in "Park Place" is that little parkette at Queen and James. Also, workers are busy on the doubletracking of the adjacent line for GO Trains, so it will be a noisy site with the frequent freight and passenger trains next door.

Still, it is good to see increased interest and urban developments around Brampton.
 
Cute building, but do the monthly fees cover a symphony orchestra in the basement playing Mendelssohn?
 
If it were a hotel, I suppose it would be made of the red plastic, not the green.
 
Easily the best of the recent crop of downtown B-town buildings finished/proposed.
 
Sales office U/C. This should give a sense of its location.

Crane has been added. With the Lanterra property now with a deep pit and the Peel Housing tower (now called Chapelview) on John Street underway, there will soon be three tower cranes right downtown. Rhythm by Queen and Kennedy has also begun excavation.
