I went for a walk in Rouge Park and saw this structure over the Rouge River.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows what it is.
Was this something larger that had been partially dismantled? Or did this serve a purpose exactly the way it looks?

I want to note that nearby is the abandoned track of the former Toronto Zoo monorail (shutdown a while back after getting into more than one accident). I don't feel like this bridge is related to the monorail but who knows. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
