Hello folks
I was wondering your thoughts on The 23 at Baby Point? Disclaimer: I purchased a unit here (not sure if disclaimer is needed - it's too late for me now!)

The builder is Terra Firma, who have built several boutique and conversion projects in the Bloor West Village / High park North area, include Volta Lofts:

The timing is May 2016. Based on their website, 16 of the 23 townhomes have sold, with the smaller units remaining. The place is in a great location - east side of Jane, just north of Annette, with a bus stop right at its door (I bought a rear unit so I wouldn't hear the buses 24 hrs a day).
Right now, the existing building (that doubled as a sales centre) has been knocked down, and the beginning of the underground parking garage has been dug.
My friend bought from Terra Firma, and despite minor problems post-warranty, the builder did little fix up jobs as needed. Not saying this will happen, but it is nice to know it is not necessarily a large corporate machine driving this place.
A lack of a basement (I have an upper unit) and storage locker are minor drawbacks for a pack rat like me.
