Average home price

Hi All,

I apologize if this information is readily found elsewhere, but my quick search proved fruitless.

I'm trying to find the average home price (this includes all property types i.e. condos / detached / semi / ...) in the 416, and then the same # for the 905.
This should be easy with MPAC data but I can't find averages at all anywhere !

Any ideas?

Awesome I think that'll do the trick. The data on the first page (i.e. average home / condo / townhome price) is not sufficient, it doesn't take into account how many of the properties in Toronto are homes vs condos and what not.

But on the last page their is a table that includes what they classify as the composite, I can assume this factors in the ratio of homes to condos (so for example while Toronto's home prices are much higher there are many more condos).
416: $569,600
Markham: $661,100

Actually I think those are the average sale prices, not accessed prices.
