The Churchill Collection Releases Elegant New Townhomes
Live the extraordinary life in Forest Hill

Toronto, ON (April 13, 2013) – If you thought you missed out on the opportunity to live at Toronto’s signature address, you are now in luck. National Homes is announcing the release of new, three-storey townhome designs as part of the exclusive Churchill Collection.

“Our buyers spoke and we listened, so we’re delivering a brand new collection of elegant townhomes at Toronto’s most enviable address,†says Deena Pantalone, marketing director of National Homes. “This is a community that has the perfect mix of everything: An excellent location, superior design and the right price for the market.â€

A modern take on the classic townhome, these three-storey expansive designs all feature either elegant, private rooftop terraces with stunning views or a private backyard. The Churchill Collection represents Forest Hill in its purest form, with the highest quality features and finishes available, all meticulously selected by the celebrated Alex Chapman of Union 31. As a result, each home is a testament to elegance, featuring spa-like ensuites, gourmet kitchens and bright, airy openness.

The homes of The Churchill Collection also feature an outstanding array of features and amenities, including two-car heated underground parking, soaring 10 foot ceilings on the main level and nine foot on the upper levels, stunning engineered hardwood flooring and classic oak staircases with decorative iron pickets. The kitchens feature beautiful natural stone countertops and backsplashes and the very finest appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range and microwave, Sirius chimney hood fan and Bosch dishwasher.

The spacious, elegant units range from 2,000 to 2,369 square feet and all are three bedroom, three storey designs. In addition, for those who desire it, the homes are easily able to accommodate an elevator.

Located at Spadina and St. Clair Avenue West, The Churchill Collection has quickly become a sought-after new community in one of Toronto’s most upscale neighborhoods.

"The Churchill Collection is perfectly situated at one of the best locations in Toronto, across from Winston Churchill Park, near the TTC, close to a number of prominent public and private schools and all one's shopping needs including the shops in the VIllage,†says Jeremy Finkelstein of Harvey Kalles Real Estate Builder Services, the listing broker for the project. Harvey Kalles specializes in bringing the high-end builders of quality homes together with discriminating purchasers.

“Not everyone who is downsizing wants to live in a condominium. Many still want a backyard,†says Finkelstein.

The homes of the Churchill range in price from $1.39 to $1.7 million.

These look great, Not a huge fan of the Cedar shingles though.

Original renderings looked better IMO.

I assume they had to pay to get another tree planted and maintained elsewhere, but yeah, it's unfortunate.
