UrbanToronto is collaborating with Toronto's Chief Planner's Office on a new project for you shutterbugs. The below comes from them:

We know you love this city. By contributing to the discussions on UrbanToronto, you help to foster a dialogue on urbanism and the ways in which our city is striving to better itself. Toronto's Chief Planner's Office is looking to showcase these accomplishments through a photo resource comprised of some of the best images on UrbanToronto. Each month we will highlight a theme such as heritage preservation or the public realm and invite readers to contribute photos from across Toronto that demonstrate successful examples of these themes.

How will these images be used? They will appear on social media and public presentations delivered both here and abroad. To help us build this resource, submit your best photos to the thread here. If we choose your photo, we will send you a message asking for your permission to use the image.

The first theme is the work of Waterfront Toronto. These can be current photos, or those from previous years. All that's required is that they show the pictured space in its completed state.

Corus Quay.

Though I assume that this is meant to be a 'feel-good' exercise (which is not necessarily a bad thing), it might also be good to compare good with bad. An example of the latter was posted by Scamander24 on 18 September. It shows Corus Quay at the eastern end where the City allowed a movie-shoot to cut down two healthy trees and spoil the vista shown in the post above. The replacements looked unhealthy then and will probably look worse - or dead - next year.
