There is a small townhouse development on Brock Ave. just north of Dundas.

The site used to be the Brock Ave. Gospel Hall:

Ah - yes! Progress.

This site was designed as a handsome set of 6 townhomes, by Alan Littlewood. I've always admired the towns he did at Queen and Givins, and my client hired him to put this little project together.

In the end the site was sold to another builder, who i believe is building these on spec to sell on completion. The interiors were never fully detailed, so much will depend on how well the floorplans are resolved, and how the exteriors are treated. Oh, and workmanship. And windows. And demising walls...

Well, we shall see! Exciting little corner of the city.
