I made a list (for work) and thought I would share it. It is a list of all the properties that were on the agenda on Aug 25-29 Council meeting marathon, that are considered growth properties. Most of the properties are res obviouslym and I didn't include certain items such as the Raptor's new training facility.

Hope its helpful. It certainly was a long list. (MODS - If this needs to be moved elsewhere, please feel free. I figured this was the best place with the most exposure.)

thanks for the list.

Noticing only a handful actually are in downtown. I don't know why the news kept saying most projects are located downtown...

Isn't Yonge & Sheppard to Yonge & Finch "downtown" North York, as an example? What about "downtown" Scarborough? Or "downtown" Etobicoke? Or "downtown" East York? Or "downtown" York"?

haha. maybe that's the explanation, although I wouldn't even give Yonge/Eg a downtown-ish status, not to mention the ones you mentioned.
The media always have confusion downtown definition. Sometimes in real estate, the entire 416 is considered "downtown". Many in the burbs usually consider Eglinton to be the edge of downtown, and more and more think Liberty village is downtown.
