PRK Developments is launching a condo development in Kingston designed to appeal to university students and the investor who would rent to them, the same way the The Academy was designed in Scarborough. In this case the building is a couple of blocks from Queen's University and designed by Teeple Architects. We have a dataBase page up with renderings linked above, and a front page story here.

Kingston is considered within the range of the GTA, but K-W-C isn't? or is it? I'm confused. Its one thing to include Hamilton projects but another to have Kingston projects IMO.
 
Not part of the GTA at all. Anyway, of far more interest in Kingston is the Snohetta designed Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts which was just completed.
