I drove by Maple GO station today and there were a bunch of signs up for a midrises neighbourhood with some town homes, looked really good for Vaughan actually. It had some renders of a NYC 7 extension subway entrance type thing, presumably some sort of new entrance to the GO station. The condos looked around 10 floors high.

Can't find anything online for it though, does anything know anything about this?
