Maclean House (7 Austin Terrace, Renaissance Fine Homes, 3s)

Many of you probably remember the community fight over 7 Austin Terrace, which is where John B. Maclean (founder of Maclean's magazine) lived. The front facade was partially removed until the province issued a stop-work order allowing the city to designate the building. Since then, it's been restored by Renaissance Fine Homes and units start at $2.35 million.

What a triumph. It looks like it'll be a unique and luxurious place to call home.

It does look good. Great neighbourhood if you can afford it.
