Actually it's not next door, as the Golden project is on Markham Road at Golden Avenue, some a few kilometres away in fact!

If it's anything like the Golden project, then they are definitely sacrificing aesthetics for ecological concerns. Can't we have both a beautiful and green building? We'll see if DelRidge get this one any better…

Wow if that condo fee saving is even close to accurate who cares what it looks like ! (less us) ... they claim .14 cents per square foot vs the average .45 cents ...

We all know .45 cent is not the average anymore, its closer to .6 after the first few years ... but that's okay, still a huge saving even if you inflate the .14 cents.
