Sounds about right considering address for the Barn is 418 Church St, whereas Guu's address is 398 Church. So this fits for the NW corner parking at Church & McGill.
 
okay, I'm not liking this ... so much for 4 units per level all corner suites:

Number of Suites
3 Bed Suites - 3 (3%)
4 Bed Suites - 57 (47%)
5 Bed Suites - 59 (50%)
Total - 119

it still works, no? Assuming one floor for retail, another for amenities: 119 units/30 floors = 4 units per floor
 
I am sure the McGill Granby Village Residents Association will be absolutely delighted with this.
