New project by Times Group consisting of 8 & 6 storey condo building and townhomes; located on the northeast corner of Highway 7 & Village Parkway:

The townhomes are now being marketed as "Village Park." Starting in the $700s, so these won't be cheap.

Thread title should be changed to read: "Highway 7 E", and "Markham" as that's the city's name.

The "middle block" of 57 townhomes has sold out, so maybe we'll hear about the plans for the midrise buildings sooner than later. Also, the upper block that's all detached homes will probably sell out in a day, like this project near woodbine that sold 48 homes, all of which were over a million dollars, on the first day of sales: http://blog.newinhomes.com/news/oakford-grandfield-homes-sells-one-day/

The midrise portion of this site (fronting onto Highway 7 ) has been replaced by townhomes, under the condition that Times Group transfer the density to its Uptown Markham development in the new 28-storey Riverside tower which is now under construction.

The townhomes now facing Highway 7 have been modified to give the appearance of a 5-storey building, through a raised basement and cornice feature.
