I'd say it's 99.99% sure that EV Royale (EV stands for Erindale Village, but strikes me as a clunky prefix for the tacky name) is the replacement for Vogue for various reasons, including that Vogue is no longer on the Matas Homes website, same architects, and yes, the massing is basically the same.
