They have being digging the hole for it these past months using no shoring other than the south end for it.

Colonnaded maybe? Not sure what the right term would be; they look open-air still.

In regards to the translation of Riva del Lago, it wouldn't be 'Stream of the Lake', it would be 'Lake Shore'!

Apparently the current cheap model suite area will be renovated to accommodate Riva del Lago's finishes.
