Flo Condominiums (Devron Developments) - Real Estate -

Does anyone know anything about this project? There doesn't seem to be an entry for it in the database and a thread search turns up nil. The presentation center is at 4679 Yonge Street (near Avondale and Bales). The news section of the website hasn't been updated since Oct 2012.

In any event, they now have a banner proclaiming "88% SOLD!" in front of their presentation center. Gee, I wonder what demographic that marketing is shamelessly targeting?

Is this a lame duck or what? They started excavation but I have yet to see any crews actually working on the site (not that I'm by frequently, but I do notice several other crews while on my various strolls).
