The revised plans for the redevelopment of Oakridge Centre are now out.

Anyone make it out tonight? It's only one of the most significate proposals in Vancouver history, but mind you the Canucks were playing.
Leftcoaster might have a good excuse tonight but I still expect him to come to the remaining open house on Saturday.
Anyways here are the boards with the revised proposal. My thoughts are the proposal is quite improved and should be much better received by locals. There will likely be some tweaks here and there but I think it's getting close to what we can end up expecting. Note this is a broad rezoning and don't take the buildings themselves as gossip but more as a massing, each building will have to thru the regular process when the time comes.
