Help to read floor plan

This is my condo layout. I have some questions about it.

-What's the difference between windows circled with black and blue pen?
-Are the ones circled in blue pen floor to ceiling windows?
-Are the ones circled in black pen floor sliding doors? If they are why there are three of them?

1 - Looks like it's just doors vs. windows
2 - You'd have to ask the developer, how would anyone here know? There aren't any sills drawn, but ask the developer.
3 - It appears as though the door portion is the "middle" - if the blue and black circled areas constitute 4 sections, sections 2 and 3 constitute the sliding door, with the inoperable section behind the couch.

thanks for the opinion. How would "sills" looks like in a floorplan drawing?
