The Selby is now in VIP phase. Here is the price list. Its said to be 50 stories high in red brick and incorporated with the Gooderham Mansion.

Looking through the rental website, prices seem pretty reasonable, with 2 bedrooms starting at around $2600 a month. What the website doesn't tell you though - is that this building adds condo fees (common area fees) of OVER $500 to that cost. Lure you in with posted pricing, and then throw that on you when you show up to see a unit. False advertising!

That being said, the building is beautiful.

That's blatantly false, I just signed a lease to move in here and there are no "condo fees". Nonsense.
 
There is a lot of price variation because there are many different unit types and the rent for each unit increases $10 by every floor as you go higher.

That variation is already accounted for in the pricing posted on the website. S does your rate match the pricing on the website?
