The unit plans are nice for the larger units (over 600 sq.ft.), while the smaller units are very long and narrow with internal bedrooms. Too bad not all of the floors have 10' ceilings to make it feel more loft-like, which would certainly help in making the small narrow units feel more spacious.
All of the floor plans and some renderings are up on their website: www.theharlowe.com

Pricing is actually decent at $550-650/sq.ft. given the high level of finishes and features you don't see in other developments -- gas range, gas BBQ line on balconies, quality engineered wood flooring, European cabinets, deep soaker tubs, wide selection of interior finishes, etc.
The location is excellent as you are on the same block as Loblaws and near the heart of the King West and Queen West neighbourhoods without being in the thick of things.

Which units in particular do you think have good layouts? Also which way would you want to be facing..I think south or east would be the safest?

i am thinking of purchasing here but wanted to get more opinions.

Based on PPSF and layout. I think Bloomfield is a good one. I think the best units in this building are over 800 sqft but overpriced. Not to mention the maintenance fees are going to be high (over $.60) by the time the project closes.

What size are you looking for?

West, Lincoln, Charles all have good layouts. No wasted space. Good flow. But they start from 460-$509K. Overpriced IMO..but if you have the $$$ to spend, go ahead.

Great that you are interested in making a purchase. If you are thinking about it, I imagine this project is in VIP selling phase so you may want to seek out an agent who has access to it. Im guessing because this is a Brad J Lamb building, maybe speaking to one of his agents might get you as an insider. Just a thought before any unit you're interested in sells out.
