It will have 99 units and is sold out. They were doing site prep last I was there. That was a while ago but I still doubt they will finish in 2013 as originally planned.

It will replace the 5 houses on the SW corner of Rebecca and Garden Dr.
 
The first version of this design by Vandyk (Park 570 in Mississauga) broke ground in June 2011 and first occupancy wasn't until March 2013...so expect it to take around the same time, probably a few months faster.
 
building looks good and quite cheerful, nice proportions - not too large, people moving in...
