Aren't there a lot of new buildings down there registering/being occupied now and hence with many in close proximity there would be a lot of units...

You are right most of them are recently registered and investors want to get their money out so I guess i'm not surprised that there are so many units for sale. These are probably oversaturated - this probably includes places like Fort York, Fleet... Maybe Ice boat, Neptune. My OP was very very vague. I was hoping not to provoke any pre-construction condo guys but truth is these places are likely Cityplace crapshoots.
